- By mail - Fill out the order form from the catalog and mail with check or money order to: Chasing Fireflies Customer Service, 350 Midland Dr., Seattle, WA 98188. If you pay by check, you authorize us to electronically debit your account for that amount, possibly as early as the day we receive your order. Any order paid by check is held pending verification of funds.

You can track your order online by clicking on order status in the customer care section of this site. Just log in and select the order to track. You can view information on the status of that order, as well as a tracking number.
What payment options do you accept?
We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, personal checks, money orders or chasing fireflies™ gift certificates.
Do I have to pay sales tax on my order?
We're obligated to collect sales tax for shipments delivered within Washington state. For customers outside of Washington, please check with your state for sales and use tax information regarding the tax you may owe directly for your purchase.
How are packages shipped?
Most of our packages are shipped via UPS. You have a choice of UPS Ground, Next-Day Air, 2nd - Day Air, or 3-day Select shipping. Shipping and delivery days are Monday – Friday, excluding holidays.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
UPS, our primary carrier, doesn’t ship to P.O. boxes so please provide a street address with your order. If a P.O. box is your only delivery option, we can ship your order via the US Postal Service. please call us at 1-888-700-9474 to ensure your order ships via this method.
Do you ship to APO/FPO Boxes?
If an APO or FPO box is your only delivery option, we can ship your order via the US Postal Service. please call us at 1-888-700-9474 to ensure your order ships via this method.
Do you ship outside of the United States?
Sorry, at this time we’re only able to ship to addresses within the US.

How long does it take to ship a package?
We guarantee delivery in 7-10 business days as our regular, non-premium service for in-stock items and depending on your location. We ship all in-stock merchandise promptly. There’s no extra shipping charge for backordered shipments, and credit card orders aren’t charged until they leave our warehouse. See chart below for expected delivery dates if you choose one of our express shipping options.

What is your return policy?
Our Carefree Guarantee
We’ve taken great care in selecting magical children’s products that will (we hope) charm, surprise and delight. We love each and every one—and sincerely hope you will, too. If for any reason you aren’t 100% pleased with any product you receive, you may return it within 60 days of the purchase date and we’ll gladly refund the full cost of the item—no questions asked.
Please note: shipping and gift wrapping charges cannot be refunded (unless it was our mistake). And we really don’t like the word BUT—but custom made or personalized items cannot be returned.
How do I make a return/exchange?
Returning an item to Chasing Fireflies is as easy as 1, 2, 3…uh 4:
- Please fill out the return/exchange form on the back of your original packing slip. If this piece of paper has been misplaced in the course of your busy life, just jot a quick note to let us know what you’d like us to do regarding your return. Be sure to include your name, address, phone number and email address.
- If you have a moment, please provide a brief explanation of the reason for your return. It’ll help us to do better next time.
- Securely package the item(s) to be returned so it travels safely.
- Ship the package via UPS or insured parcel post to the following address:

Returns will be promptly handled upon their arrival in our warehouse. Look for an exchange or cash refund to arrive within a few short weeks. credit card refunds require a bit more patience—they’ll appear in your next billing cycle.
Returning a Gift
If you need to return a gift, please note that we’re unable to issue a refund to anyone other than the person who originally placed the order. You may request a Chasing Fireflies Gift Certificate or exchange by indicating that the item was a gift. Please be sure to include the name and address of the person who placed the order with Chasing Fireflies.
How do I purchase a gift certificate?
Gift certificates are available in any denomination and come with your personalized message whimsically presented with our current catalog, and sealed with a wish. Just click on the gift certificate link at the bottom of this page.
How do I redeem a gift certificate?
At this time we can only redeem gift certificates by phone at 1-888-700-WISH (1-888-700-9474).
How do I create my own gift registry?
We can help make your wishes come true for any occasion - a new baby, birthdays, holidays, even to celebrate the season's first fireflies. Register in just a few easy clicks, and let the shopping begin! After you have completed your list, we'll help spread the word about your wishes by notifying your family, friends and fairy godmothers by the magic of email. Do you offer gift wrapping?
Gift wrapping adds a delightful touch. We carefully hand-finish your gift with your personal message, pretty ribbon and a sweet pewter wish token to create a magical one-of-a-kind presentation. Just $8.50. Certain oversized items aren’t available for gift wrapping.

How do I unsubscribe from your catalog mailing list?
We’d hate to lose you but if you want to unsubscribe, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll sadly delete your name and address.
Occasionally we make our mailing list available to other mailers that may be of interest to you. If you prefer not to have your name included, please email us at email@example.com or send us your mailing label indicating your request.
