Thank you for your interest in Chasing Fireflies. We always appreciate hearing your comments about our products and services. Regarding new product submissions, our policy is twofold:

We don't accept or consider any unsolicited product ideas, concepts or designs. We work far in advance to develop truly special products, and have a number of sources we rely on for this process. (Please keep in mind, we cannot be held liable for ideas or confidential information sent to us that were not specifically requested.)

On the other hand, if you have a manufactured product you'd like us to consider, please send an image and details to productsubmissions@chasing-fireflies.com. You must also include a certification of conformity stating that the product meets all the requirements of the new Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA). Unsolicited products that are sent to our corporate office can be returned only if a prepaid shipping label is enclosed with the package.
