Our Carefree Guarantee
We've taken great care in selecting magical children's products that will (we hope) charm, surprise and delight. We love each and every one—and sincerely hope you will, too. If for any reason you aren't 100% pleased with any product you receive, you may return it within 60 days of the purchase date and we'll gladly refund the full cost of the item-no questions asked.
Please note: shipping and gift wrapping charges cannot be refunded (unless it was our mistake). And we really don't like the word "BUT"...but we can’t accept returns of custom made, personalized, or food-related items.
For costumes ordered before Halloween 2013, returns must be postmarked by October 30, 2013.

Fill out the return/exchange form on the back of your original packing slip. If this piece of paper has been misplaced in the course of your busy life, just jot a quick note to let us know what you'd like us to do regarding your return. Be sure to include your name, address, phone number and email address.

If you have a moment, please provide a brief explanation of the reason for your return. It'll help us to do better next time.

Securely package the item(s) to be returned so it travels safely.

Click here to create a handy, pre-paid UPS shipping label. (Important note: your return will be subject to a return shipping charge of $6.95, which will be deducted from your refund.) If you prefer, you can ship your return with another carrier. Address those to:

Returns will be promptly handled upon their arrival in our warehouse. Look for an exchange or cash refund to arrive within a few short weeks. Credit card refunds require a bit more patience—they'll appear in your next billing cycle.
Returning a Gift
If you need to return a gift, please note that we're unable to issue a refund to anyone other than the person who originally placed the order. You may request a Chasing Fireflies Gift Certificate or exchange by indicating that the item was a gift. Be sure to include the name and address of the person who placed the order with Chasing Fireflies.
