Thank you for shopping with Chasing Fireflies, it is important that you are completely happy with every purchase. It is important to us that you are completely happy with every purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may contact us to request a return within 14 days of receiving your delivery.

Please note: Your refund will only reflect the amount you paid after any promotions or discounts. Shipping fees will not be refunded. 

Return Requirements 

Returned merchandise must meet all the following conditions: 

  • Merchandise must be new, unused, and in saleable condition
  • All original tags and labels must be attached 
  • Items must be returned in original packaging 
  • Items must include all original components and accessories 
  • Items must be free from smell of smoke, perfume, other odors, or any signs of wear or use 
  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery

    1. Enter your order number and email address to start
    2. Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
    3. Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with your shipping options and guidelines

    Our customer service team will review your request and once we have authorized your return, you will receive an email with further instructions.

    Non-Returnable Items & Conditions

    Unfortunately we cannot accept returns for the following items or for the following reasons, so please make sure you're happy with the product before opening the packaging. If you attempt to return any of these items or they are found to be worn we are not obliged to issue a refund.

    • Sale or clearance products
    • Altered or personalized items  
    • Final sale items 
    • Underwear
    • Socks and stockings
    • Eyelashes
    • Wigs, beards, facial hair or any type of artificial hair
    • Prosthetics, fangs or any other fake teeth
    • Cosmetics
    • Headbands
    • Items and or packaging in not new condition

    Important Return Shipping Information 

    You are responsible for the condition of returned goods until they are received at our warehouse. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service and retaining proof of postage. 

    Please package items securely. 

    Returns That Do Not Meet Policy Conditions 

    If returned items fall outside the terms of this policy (for example, worn merchandise, items with odors, or returns outside the 14-day window), they will not be refunded. 

    We are not obliged to issue refunds for items that fall outside the terms of this Returns Policy. 

    Your statutory rights are not affected. 

    Exchanges

    Due to high turnover of stock & limited size availability, we do not offer exchanges on any items. If you would like to make an exchange for a different style, size or product, we do recommend that you make a new online purchase to ensure availability of the item.
