We guarantee delivery in 7 business days as our regular non-premium service for in-stock non-personalized items and depending on your location. Personalized items require up to 3 additional business days. We ship all in-stock merchandise promptly. There are no extra shipping charges for backordered shipments, and credit card orders aren't charged until they leave our warehouse.

UPS, our primary carrier, doesn't ship to P.O. boxes so please provide a street address with your order. If a P.O. box is your only delivery option, we can ship your order via the US Postal Service.

Freight Shipping for Oversize Items / Shipping Notes

Large items and furniture often ship by freight carriers. Freight companies are instructed to deliver items during a time frame scheduled with you, and will contact you a few days prior to the delivery to confirm when they'll arrive. Although our suppliers take great care in packaging their goods for safe shipping, damages sometimes can occur in transit. It's important to carefully inspect all merchandise for any damage or defects and contact us immediately if this is the case.
