Shipping Surcharges

On certain oversize items, a shipping surcharge will be applied. The charge is noted with each applicable product. Express shipping isn't available for these items.

Freight Shipping for Oversize Items / Shipping Notes

Large items and furniture often ship by freight carriers. Freight companies are instructed to deliver items during a time frame scheduled with you, and will contact you a few days prior to the delivery to confirm when they'll arrive. Although our suppliers take great care in packaging their goods for safe shipping, damages sometimes can occur in transit. It's important to carefully inspect all merchandise for any damage or defects and contact us immediately if this is the case.

Excess shipping charges may apply to oversize shipments to Alaska and Hawaii.

Backordered Items

If you place an order for an item that is not available for immediate shipment, it will be backordered. If an item is backordered, you’ll be given an approximate date of shipment in your order confirmation. You won’t be charged for backordered items until they ship.

If an item is cancelled from your order for any reason, you won’t be charged for the item.
