EhhI was expecting to be Wow'd when I received the dress for my 6 year old daughter. I was unimpressed with how the dress was made and it def wasn't worth the money I paid for it. I also got the necklace, which arrived very cheaply made and I could have probably picked it up at the dollar store. The dress will need a petticoat-because it is so long, although it is long it is smaller on the top near the chest and arms. I was able to find a much cheaper petticoat online-do not pay $40 especially since the dress is 80 for poor quality. I purchased an 8 for my daughter in the dress and she's somewhat taller. If my daughter didn't just "love" this dress it would have been returned. My daughter also mentioned that it was a little itchy while she had it on for 10 minutes.

Not the best qualityFor the price, I expected the fabric to be better. Definitely small for size. My 4 year old fits snug in the size 6.

Toon much money for the quality! My daughter is 8 and she is an average size so we got her a size 12 (because of ealier review of running small) and it fits fine. However for the first 20 minutes I had to fight with the zipper and when she puts her arms down by her side the fabric tulle causes the arms on the dress to fray (but it's a zombie bride so okay whatever). The next is the tiara it will not stay on the head WHATSOEVER so we will have to find away to make that work and the bride head piece stays on with a little comb, so if your child has thin hair this will probably be an issue...Last would be the most shocking to me is the petticoat. They send it with rings and you have to put them in yourself. I was not expecting this at all! When she sits it flops up and shows all of her (well you know what I'm getting at). If this costume and accessories hadn't cost me $151 then I would have probably given it a 4 but for the money I just would have expected more from Chasing Fireflies.

My daughter has been 'dying' for this dress! My 8 year old has had her eye on this for 2 years. She wants to be the bride in the haunted mansion. (We are a little Disney obsessed around here). I bought a size 10 and although it's a little long it fits nicely and she's a slender girl. Great quality.

RUNS SMALL!!My 9 year old daughter who is tall and slim and normally wears a size 10 in clothes barely fit into this size 10. She had to suck her tummy in and scrunch her shoulders together. I'm hoping the size 12 will fit, but we'll have to wait and see.
It's easy to be swept away with excitement
as a beautiful bride! She'll love the gown's soft lace and ruffled bodice, inspired by fashion runways. A pretty peplum and satin bow define the waist above a long, sweeping tulle skirt. ...
