Item AvailabilityWe're constantly adding new products to our website! When an item has sold out and is no longer available, it is immediately removed from our site to prevent disappointment and to make room for new styles. Items listed on the site as "on backorder" are only temporarily out of stock. These items may still be purchased and will be shipped to you as soon as they are back in stock. The anticipated ship date of items on backorder is noted on the product detail pages as well as in your shopping bag and check-out pages. We are acting in cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission to voluntarily recall a product that does not meet the U.S. flammability regulation for children's sleepwear. Use of this product may pose a risk of burn injuries to children.
This item was sold during the Fall/Winter 2017 season. To verify the item, the product code 17FT62F651 can be found on the label located on the inner left side of the garment.
Here's what to do next:
- Please stop using this nightgown immediately.
- To receive a full refund, please email us proof of destruction (by attaching a photo of the garment cut in a way to be unusable) to firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line "Product Recall." No receipt required. Please be sure to include your name, billing address and phone number in your email.
- If you would prefer to send back the garment, please call customer service at 1-888-700-9474 to request a mailing return label.
