Returns & Exchanges

All sales final as of 10/9/19, no Returns or Exchanges accepted. For orders placed prior to this date, the terms below still apply.

Our Promise to You

We hope you’ll love your purchase, but just in case you don’t, our policy is simple:

You may return any merchandise within 60 days and receive a full refund on the price you paid (less any shipping charges), or take up to 90 days to decide and receive a merchandise credit towards your next purchase. If you would like to exchange an item, we will not charge you for shipping on your new item. All returns of costumes purchased between July – October must be postmarked by October 30th. Please note that personalized items are not returnable.

You can choose from our two convenient return options: (1) Use the self-adhesive return label supplied on your invoice or (2) use another carrier of your choice.

Please let us know the reason for returning the item, using the reason codes listed on the back of your invoice. Before you select a return option, take a moment to make sure you've enclosed your invoice before you seal your return package. Wrap your return package securely. Items returned that show signs of wear may impact the amount of the refund or merchandise credit. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


For exchanges via mail, please complete the order blank on the back of your invoice indicating the exchange item #, size and color you would like. Please note that we do not charge shipping on exchanged orders and that return postage is not reimbursed.

Should there be any amount refunded or an additional charge required, it will be processed to the original method of payment.

Exchanges are not handled on orders paid for with Paypal. Returned merchandise will be processed and your credit will be applied back to your Paypal account. Please contact Customer Service if you need assistance in placing an exchange.

Return Via Pre-paid Return Label

Please wrap your package securely, enclosing the invoice with the item. Place the self-adhesive pre-paid return label provided from the front of your invoice on your return package, ensuring you are covering all other original shipping labels. Please retain your tracking number as you may need it to track the status of your return. Now it’s simple, just drop your package off at any post office or place it in your mailbox.

A return cost of $7.50 will be deducted from your merchandise credit or refund. The return service is only available to our customers in the contiguous U.S.

Return Via Another Carrier Of Your Choice

Please wrap your package securely, enclosing the invoice with the item. Ship your package to the address below via any carrier of your choice. Using this option, you are responsible for paying the return postage to that carrier. Please retain your carrier’s tracking numbers. You will be able to track directly with your carrier.

If you used the self-adhesive label provided for your return, we will notify you once our carrier has picked up your return package from the post office and when your return has been processed.
