Returns & Exchanges

Thank you for shopping with Chasing Fireflies, it is important that you are completely happy with every purchase. If you are not satisfied, for any reason, you can simply contact us to request to return your item within 14 days of receiving your delivery. We will refund your merchandise price (minus the charge for use of our shipping label if you use our tracked return service) after the items have been received and processed by our warehouse team. 

  • Returned merchandise must be in a new and unused condition
  • All tags and labels must be attached.
  • Altered or personalized items, and items identified as final sale cannot be returned.
  • Chasing Fireflies reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in saleable condition.
  • We do not accept returns on sale or clearance products.
  • Please allow 10 to 14 days for processing your return.
  • Return postage cost is not refundable and we will deduct $14.95 from your refund for use of our tracked return label service

Our customer service team will review your request and once we have authorized your return, you will receive an email with further instructions.

Chasing Fireflies Returns Policy

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns for the following items or for the following reasons, so please make sure you're happy with the product before opening the packaging. If you attempt to return any of these items or they are found to be worn we are not obliged to issue a refund.

  • Underwear
  • Socks and stockings
  • Eye lashes
  • Wigs, beards, facial hair or any type of artificial hair
  • Prosthetics, fangs or any other fake teeth
  • Cosmetics
  • Headbands
  • Items and or packaging in not new condition

We ask that you care for our goods whilst they're in your possession, and all items returned to us should be in its original packaging. The product must always be suitable for resale, and all items will be inspected by our Returns Team when we receive it.

If any of the product is missing or its packaging is damaged, we aren't obliged to issue a refund.

You and the carrier you select are fully responsible for the condition of the returned goods until they are received at our warehouse. The cost of return postage is at your expense, and we recommend you use a tracked service and obtain proof of postage.

The full price of the product will be refunded to you (subject to any deduction we are entitled to make for use of our return label service and due to your use of or damage to the products).

We do our best to issue refunds within a week of receiving the item back to us, but if this isn't appropriate then we promise to make refunds (minus cost of our label return service) within 14 calendar days from receiving the goods back to our warehouse, or, if earlier, the day on which you provide evidence (tracking reference) that you have returned the goods to us.

Please package items securely.

If we receive any returned items outside of the conditions of this policy (for example, you try to return an opened pair of stockings to us) the items will not be refunded. We will provide you with a reason why and if you would like us to post these items back to you, subject to you agreeing to pay $9.99 to cover the cost of a tracked postal service. Our Returns Team will be in touch with you to arrange payment of postage if you choose this option.

We are not obliged to issue refunds for any returned items which fall outside of the terms laid out in this Returns Policy.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

Exchanges

Due to high turnover of stock & limited size availability, we do not offer exchanges on any items. If you would like to make an exchange for a different style, size or product, we do recommend that you make a new online purchase to ensure availability of the item.
